Onondaga County Firefighters Underwater Search and Rescue Team

Weather Conditions: Partly Cloudy, air temperature 30 degrees with thin ice at the shore line.
Type of Training: Search patterns were used to locate a manikin under 20 feet of water.  The Sheriff's helicopter (Air One) was used to air lift the manikin to shore.
