I didn't get a reading but someone said "God that's cold".
Type of Training: Shore based search using
rope patterns. A witness saw a boater throw something overboard. A search was
conducted and a body was recovered (training dummy). During the search two
partially full 55 gallon drums were also found and reported to the authorities.
